ObjectifObjective
Arm the selector, check P6-5B18, and know an INOP emergency light → Exit U/S / pax NOGO.
Without arming, exit emergency lighting will not illuminate automatically if normal electrical power is lost. That is critical for a night or darkened-cabin evacuation.

NOGO → Exit U/S
An inoperative interior or exterior emergency light is not MEL-listed for passenger flight → NOGO. Workaround: treat the associated exit as fully U/S and reduce passenger count — Exit Unserviceable.

Sur standby power, seules certaines lumières du poste restent : Dome, Exit Light (ampoule séparée dôme P18), Standby Instrument Panel (boussole), Instruments Flood. Voir Lights → Flight Deck Lighting. On standby power, only certain flight-deck lights remain: Dome, Exit Light (separate bulb in P18 dome), Standby Instrument Panel (compass), Instruments Flood.
