For any on-ground emergencies, the first priority is to stop the aircraft and set the parking brake. Communicate/coordinate with ATC as soon as possible.
The PIC will standby the cabin crew over the public address by stating “REMAIN SEATED” three times.
After assessing the situation, the PIC will call for any drill or non-normal checklist.
When a non-normal checklist is needed, the SIC will read the reference items and the desired action, then either pilot will accomplish the item and respond with the appropriate answer as indicated in the QRH.
After any unplanned immobilization of the aircraft, the PIC will always coordinate with the cabin crew before moving the aircraft.
