Le voyant AIR STAIR résulte d’une logique OU : soit la porte de pressurisation de l’airstair n’est pas fermée, soit la Forward Entry Door n’est pas fermée (avec le voyant ambre FWD ENTRY allumé en même temps).The AIR STAIR light results from OR logic: either the airstair pressure door is not closed, or the Forward Entry Door is not closed (with amber FWD ENTRY illuminated at the same time).

Des microcontacts dans les mains courantes (handrails) empêchent la rétraction tant que les rampeaux ne sont pas arrimés. Un autre microcontact, situé dans la poutre latérale supérieure arrière de l’échelle, arrête la rétraction si l’échelle ne se plie pas et ne se verrouille pas en position haute (uplock).Microswitches in the handrails prevent retraction until the handrails are stowed. Another microswitch in the aft upper side rail of the ladder stops retraction if the ladder does not fold and lock in the uplock position.

Les microcontacts de sécurité exigent du courant AC. Il n’y a aucune protection des mains courantes lorsqu’on manœuvre en puissance DC standby. Avant toute manœuvre en standby, s’assurer que les extensions de mains courantes sont rétractées et correctement arrimées — sinon risque de dégât structural.Safety microswitches require AC power. There is no handrail protection when operating on DC standby power. Before any standby operation, ensure handrail extensions are retracted and properly stowed — otherwise risk of structural damage.

DéploiementExtension

Une broche de verrouillage de porte (Door Lock Pin) gelée peut empêcher l’extension de l’airstair après le vol. L’opération s’arrête dès qu’elle a commencé et ne peut pas reprendre, même en mode standby. Procéder ainsi :A frozen Door Lock Pin can prevent airstair extension after flight. The operation stops as soon as it starts and cannot resume, even in standby. Proceed as follows:

Tirer le disjoncteur P6-4APull circuit breaker P6-4A

Airstair Normal Control Switch → RETRACT jusqu’à extinction du voyant ambre STAIRS OPERATINGAirstair Normal Control Switch → RETRACT until amber STAIRS OPERATING extinguishes

Positionner le Airstair Interior Control Lever (étiquette Shear Pin P/N 5117), coin inférieur arrière du cadre de la Forward Entry Door, vers le bas en position verticale « unlock ».Position the Airstair Interior Control Lever (label Shear Pin P/N 5117), aft lower corner of the Forward Entry Door frame, down to the vertical “unlock” position.

OpérationOperation

Pour permettre la commande intérieure — en mode normal comme en standby — la Forward Entry Door ne doit pas être fermée : le voyant ambre FWD ENTRY doit être allumé. Selon SP 1.x [Forward Airstair Operation], la porte d’entrée doit être ouverte et verrouillée en position ouverte (locked open).To allow interior control — in normal or standby — the Forward Entry Door must not be closed: the amber FWD ENTRY light must be on. Per SP 1.x [Forward Airstair Operation], the entry door must be open and locked open.

Vent max recommandé pour déploiement / rétraction : 40 kts.Max recommended wind for deploy / retract: 40 kts.
Vent stable max avec airstair étendue : 60 kts (rafales ≤ 65 kts).Max steady wind with airstair extended: 60 kts (gusts ≤ 65 kts).
Cycles max en mode normal : 3 cycles complets / 20 min.Max cycles in normal mode: 3 complete cycles / 20 min.
