Change of Departure Clearance (Runway/SID)

In the event of a change of Departure Runway and/or SID while taxiing, the crew should stop the aircraft and must review the following via the CHANGE of TAKEOFF CLEARANCE (RWY/SID) Checklist.

• Takeoff Performance - Compute

• COM – NAV – FMC – Setting

o COM Radios – As needed o NAV Radios – As needed o FMC – Review

• [DEP] / [ARR]

▪ Select the runway and departure routing (SID).

• [N1 LIMIT]

▪ Enter assumed temperature and OAT.

▪ Select Fixed Derate thrust.

• [TAKEOFF REF]

▪ Enter TO Flaps.

▪ Enter V-Speeds.

▪ Verify or enter acceleration and thrust reduction altitude.

o Settings – Review

• EFIS BARO DA – FRA

• COURSE(s) – As needed

• AUTOTHROTTLE - ARM

• IAS/MACH selector – V2

• HEADING selector – Runway Heading

• ALTITUDE selector – SID/Initial Altitude

• Takeoff Briefing – Review
