Le voyant ELEC surveille plusieurs défauts standby / DC. Il fonctionne au sol seulement — pas d’indication ELEC en vol. Selon le panneau installé, illumination immédiate ou après un délai d’environ 60 s.The ELEC light monitors several standby / DC faults. It works on ground only — no ELEC indication in flight. Depending on the panel installed, it illuminates immediately or after about a 60 s delay.

Dix conditions en parallèle (OU) peuvent allumer le voyant : PANEL FAILURE, INTERFACE FAILURE, BAT CHGR INOP, AUX BAT CHGR INOP (as installed), STAT INV INOP, SPCU INOP, GEN1 FAULT, GEN2 FAULT, STBY BUS XFR FAULT, BAT BUS XFR FAULT.Ten parallel (OR) conditions can illuminate the light: PANEL FAILURE, INTERFACE FAILURE, BAT CHGR INOP, AUX BAT CHGR INOP (as installed), STAT INV INOP, SPCU INOP, GEN1 FAULT, GEN2 FAULT, STBY BUS XFR FAULT, BAT BUS XFR FAULT.

MEL / Dispatch

Voyant ELEC INOP : dispatch possible selon MEL 24-16.ELEC light INOP: dispatch possible per MEL 24-16.

Mais si le voyant ELEC est allumé avant le décollage → NOGO. Si le voyant ne s’éteint pas après BITE / correction : ne pas décoller, rentrer au gate.But if ELEC is illuminated before takeoff → NOGO. If the light will not extinguish after BITE / correction: do not take off, return to the gate.

ELEC BITE

Pour certains défauts, le BITE maintenance peut identifier et clearer :For some faults, maintenance BITE can identify and clear:

Sélecteurs AC et DC meters sur TEST, appuyer MAINT.AC and DC meters selectors to TEST, press MAINT.
Le LAD illumine tous les segments (~15 s), puis affiche les défauts. Pour bypasser le test d’affichage : ré‑appuyer MAINT juste après le début.LAD illuminates all segments (~15 s), then shows faults. To bypass the display test: press MAINT again just after start.
(I) = défaut intermittent, non présent à cet instant.(I) = intermittent fault, not present right now.
Sans défauts : NO FAULTS STORED. Continuer MAINT jusqu’à HOLD BUTTON CLEAR FAULTS (~6 s) → FAULTS CLEARED.No faults: NO FAULTS STORED. Continue MAINT until HOLD BUTTON CLEAR FAULTS (~6 s) → FAULTS CLEARED.
Sauf GEN1 / GEN2 FAULT, un défaut encore présent ne se clear pas en appuyant MAINT.Except GEN1 / GEN2 FAULT, a still-present fault will not clear by pressing MAINT.
