Light forward pressure until 80 kt · directional control · respond 80 kt
Remove hand from thrust levers at V1
Rotate smoothly toward 15° at 2–3°/s
Positive rate → request gear up

Observe engine indications normal · CLOCK E.T. Push
Set takeoff N1 prior to 60 kt · announce target N1
Monitor engines/flight instruments · announce 80 knots
Announce V1 · announce VR
Announce positive rate
Gear …… UP
PIC guards thrust levers until V1. Reject solely for amber Master Caution after T/O thrust + 80 kt is not recommended.
