Rudder trim …… Adjust (ref FCTM technique)

FMC …… Update (route, enroute winds, descent + descent winds)
FUEL …… Check at TOC then hourly
Weather …… Monitor (dest, alternate, diversion)
Set both CTR tank pump switches OFF when a CTR LOW PRESSURE light illuminates if the center tank is empty.
