(O) OPERATIONS PROCEDURES — texte MEL :

35-05A Passenger Operations 1. Plan flight over route with minimum enroute altitudes (MEA) equal to or lower than 13,000 feet. 2. Maximum flight altitude shall not exceed FL 250. 3. Prior to flight, the pilot-in-command shall brief cabin crew on the lack of passenger oxygen and the procedures that will be followed in the event of a loss in cabin pressurization. NOTE: The restriction to a maximum operating altitude of FL 250 is to comply with regulations designed for aircraft which are not fitted with fixed passenger oxygen systems. Restricting operations to this altitude will not expose passengers to the extreme conditions of higher altitudes and, in addition, not require as great a period of time to descend to a safe breathing level. 4. Flight Attendants shall modify their cabin safety briefing to eliminate references to a Passenger Oxygen system. 35-05-01 Lavatory Oxygen If flight must be operated at altitude greater than FL250, lavatory door to be placarded "INOPERATIVE - DO NOT ENTER".

(M) MAINTENANCE PROCEDURES — texte MEL (maintenance ; l’équipage vérifie que c’est fait) :

None required.
