Individual lights may be inoperative provided: a) Sufficient lighting remains for cabin attendants/cargo couriers to perform their duties, and b) Remaining lighting is sufficient to charge the Photoluminescent Emergency Escape Path Marking System.

MAINTENANCE NOTE Configuration with STG Aerospace saf-Tglo Photoluminescent Emergency Escape Path Marking System – Doc No: SG-1007-MMEL-01: a) The overhead ceiling lighting may contain inoperative lamps not to exceed more than 10 percent of the total quantity. b) No more than two adjacent lamps in the longitudinal or lateral direction may be inoperative. c) Adjacent lamps are those next-to or diagonally opposing lamps.
