(M) MAINTENANCE PROCEDURES — texte MEL (maintenance ; l’équipage vérifie que c’est fait) :

None required. MAINTENANCE NOTES: NOTE 1: FDR analysis required to identify missing parameters. NOTE 2: The following FDR parameters are required by CARs: (1) time; (2) altitude; (3) airspeed; (4) vertical acceleration; (5) heading; (6) time of each radio trans-mission to or from air traffic control; (7) pitch altitude; (8) roll attitude; (9) Longitudinal acceleration; (10) pitch trim position; (11) control column or pitch control surface position; (12) control wheel or lateral control surface position; (13) rudder pedal or yaw control surface position; (14) thrust of each engine; (15) position of each thrust reverser; (16) trailing edge flap or cockpit flap control position; (17) leading edge flap or cockpit flap control position; (18) ground spoiler position/speed brake selection; (19) autopilot engagement; (20) lateral acceleration; (21) glideslope deviation; (22) localizer deviation; (23) AFCS mode and engagement status; (24) radio altitude, (25) master warning; (26) main gear squat switch status; (27) angle of attack (if recorded directly), (28) outside air temperature or total air temperature; (29) hydraulics, each system low pressure; (30) groundspeed; (31) test flight. NOTE 3: The following procedure may be used to confirm whether or not DFDAU faults affect the mandatory function of the FDR or only the ACMS function (non-mandatory parameters). a) Position the Flight Recorder Test Switch to the TEST position. b) If the Flight Recorder System OFF Light extinguishes, the fault does not affect the mandatory function of the FDR but does affect the ACMS function (see Item 31-07-00). c) If the Flight Recorder System OFF light remains illuminated, the fault does affect the mandatory function of the FDR (Refer to MEL Item 31-02-02).
