Apply sticker adjacent to affected holder or on affected flashlight.
4. Journey log / other instructions (texte MEL) :
Print the following information in the journey log sheet.

OPERATIONS NOTES:
1. Prior to dispatch, verify passenger loads and ensure that one flashlight is available as per the
requirements for each required Flight Attendant.
2. Prior to dispatch, the affected crewmember(s) must familiarize themselves with the location
and operation of replacement flashlight and/or holder.

None required.
MAINTENANCE NOTES
1. Alternate stowage provisions must meet the requirements of suitable access as well as
appropriate restraint. One "suitable" location to be considered would be the life jacket
compartment under Cabin Attendant seats. An "equivalent" time is within 2 or 3 seconds of
the original location.
2. Notify Dispatch. Advise of the number and location of any unserviceable flashlight(s) and/or
flashlight holders. Passenger loads may be affected
