Except for ER operations, may be inoperative provided autopilots are not used. NOTE 1: RVSM and CAT II operations prohibited. NOTE 2: Operators must also comply with MEL item 22-01 operational requirements. The note in MEL item 22-01B, which allows any functional autopilot mode to be used, is not applicable.
