Transponder mode selector → TAThis step prevents climb commands which can exceed single engine performance capability.
ISOLATION VALVE switch → Verify AUTOThis step ensures bleed air is available to both wings if wing anti-ice is needed.
A restart may be attempted if there is N1 rotation and no abnormal airframe vibration.
